1. Product Overview
The SMR-K600 series switch status simulation display instrument is a new multifunctional and intelligent simulation dynamic indication device developed and designed based on the current technical development of medium voltage system switchgear. It integrates multiple functions including primary circuit simulation diagram, switch status, circuit breaker position, grounding knife position, spring energy storage status, high voltage live indication, high voltage live locking, as well as automatic (manual) heating and dehumidification control, heater disconnection indication, etc. These indication functions can be separated or combined, allowing users to choose according to their needs. The product is equipped with an integrated layout in the switchgear, simplifying the panel structure design of the switchgear, beautifying the panel layout, and improving the indication function and safety performance of the switch status.
2. Product Features
The application of the SMR-K600 series switch status simulation display instrument can replace various existing control and indication devices such as primary circuit simulation indication boards, electromagnetic switch status indicators, live (locking) indicators, grounding indicators, automatic heating and dehumidification, temperature and humidity controllers, load fault monitors, etc.
The SMR-K600 series products have an ultra-thin structure and use plug-in terminals for side wiring, ensuring that there is no contact with the circuit breaker inside the middle door. After installation in the middle door, an explosion-proof cover is installed on the back panel, and the cables are enclosed to ensure the five-proof requirements. This installation method is suitable for various configurations of switchgear.
