SMR-PGY Type Relay Protection Experimental Power Supply Panel
- Description
-
1. Product Overview
The SMR–PGY type relay protection test power supply panel is a product designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Energy's "Specifications for the Configuration of Testing Instruments in Power Plants and Substations" and the "Regulations on Relay Protection Testing" as well as the Ministry of Electric Power's "Key Points for Anti-Accident Measures of Relay Protection and Safety Automatic Devices in Power Systems." It provides a stable and convenient AC and DC test power supply for on-site relay protection testing and other testing work, ensuring the quality of various testing tasks and providing reliable guarantees for personal and equipment safety.
2. Product Features
(1) Dual power supply is used, and reliability of power supply is ensured through a switching switch.
(2) The AC power supply uses a large-capacity isolation transformer to isolate the system power supply from the test power supply, and a shielding layer is added between the primary and secondary sides to protect the test power supply from grid transient processes and harmonic interference. The transformer adopts a △/Y connection method, which greatly weakens the third harmonic and ensures power supply quality.
(3) The DC power supply can continuously and smoothly adjust the voltage to meet the needs of different test items.
(4) The output AC power supply is equipped with a leakage protection switch, with a leakage current cutoff value of ≤30mA, ensuring the safety of testing personnel. This switch has advantages such as stable performance, high sensitivity, and reliable action.
(5) The panel is marked with a simulation diagram, making it easy for operators to identify and avoid misoperation.
(6) For convenient wiring during use, the AC output has three forms: front panel terminal block form, front panel power socket form, and rear terminal block form; the DC output has two forms: front panel terminal block form and rear terminal form.
