The SMR-K9040 switch cabinet intelligent operation and display device is a new type of modular, intelligent operation measurement and display control device designed and developed according to the current development of high-voltage system switch cabinet technology. The product centrally indicates the simulated status of the primary circuit, truck position, isolation knife position, grounding knife position, switch status, and the energy storage status of the operating mechanism; it has various functions such as high-voltage live indication, live locking output, automatic heating and dehumidification, ultra-high temperature alarm and forced heating stop, intelligent voice anti-misoperation prompt, RS485 communication interface, etc., simplifying the switch cabinet panel design, beautifying the layout, and improving the switch status indication function and safety performance. Currently, this series of products has been widely used in many industries such as electric power, chemical industry, railways, mining, metallurgy, and cement.
2. Product Features
The shell of the SMR-K9040 switch cabinet intelligent operation and display device is made of special materials with strong anti-interference capability, anti-static, and flame-retardant functions, and the standard I2C bus structure is used between the various chips in the device. Due to the use of high-performance industrial microprocessors, combined with modern sensing technology and measurement technology, the testing accuracy of various online measurement parameters, data transmission speed, and overall anti-interference capability of the system have been significantly improved compared to ordinary switch status display instruments. The device has a simple structure, greatly facilitating user installation, wiring, and debugging.
