If the heat cannot be effectively and timely dissipated, it can cause the temperature of the transformer body to become excessively high, leading to severe damage to the body and subsequently affecting the normal operation of the entire power grid's transmission and distribution. The air-cooled control cabinet achieves a rapid and efficient reduction in the temperature of the transformer body by controlling the operation of the cooling system's fans and oil pumps. It is an indispensable auxiliary control system for large power transformers. The intelligent air-cooled control cabinet is centered around a programmable logic controller (PLC) and integrates data collection and analysis, operational control, and protection of the transformer cooling system into an intelligent switching device.

    Reliability: All imported relays are used, and a unique motor protection circuit is adopted. When any motor fails, the system only disconnects the faulty motor, allowing the other fan motors to operate normally. This improves the cooling efficiency of the air-cooled control device during high-temperature seasons and overcomes the disadvantage of having to disconnect the entire group of fans when any one motor fails.

    Flexible Control: The HF-FLG programmable control box can be set to start multiple groups of air coolers (coolers) according to a time schedule, avoiding the impact current generated by simultaneous starts. It can also achieve automatic switching between working, auxiliary, and standby modes, making full use of each air cooler (cooler) and extending the lifespan of the motors. Additionally, the logic program can be flexibly modified according to the user's special requirements.

    Scalability: The PLC programmable controller can easily expand I/O modules, allowing for convenient expansion of the control box functions on-site.

    Communication Function: The HF-FLG programmable controller control box can connect with external devices such as display terminals and printers through communication interfaces. This allows for timely reflection of the cooler's operating status in the control room, facilitating monitoring and maintenance of the cooler's operation.

    Network Features: The HF-FLG programmable controller control box can meet the communication networking requirements between multiple PLCs or between multiple PLCs and a computer, thereby forming a multi-level distributed control system that meets the requirements of modern intelligent power plants and intelligent substations.
