SMR-LXQ once harmonic elimination device

1. Product Overview
In our country's 6-35KV ungrounded neutral network, there are two related issues that need to be addressed regarding electromagnetic voltage transformers (hereinafter referred to as PT):
(1) The overvoltage caused by PT ferromagnetic resonance often leads to insulation breakdown inside the equipment and discharge of external insulation, and large-scale power outages often occur due to untimely accident handling or the expansion of accidents.
(2) Arc grounding in the power grid frequently causes PT to burn out.
Using the SMR-LXQ primary resonance elimination device can play the following four roles, effectively solving the above problems: (1) Eliminate or dampen PT ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage; (2) Effectively suppress the overcurrent flowing through the PT winding during intermittent arc grounding, preventing PT from burning out; (3) Limit the surge current generated in the PT primary winding circuit when the system experiences single-phase grounding; (4) Protect PT from damage for a longer time after a single-phase grounding occurs in the system.
2. Product Features
Our company's SMR-LXQ type primary resonance elimination device has undergone significant improvements in structural design to enhance the thermal capacity of the damping device. The damping device uses high-performance, ultra-fine particle SiC as the substrate, which is pressed into high-density, disc-shaped blanks using a large-tonnage press, and then sintered at high temperatures of thousands of degrees in a reducing atmosphere. The exposed resistor surface structure is specially treated to withstand sun and rain, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is compact, lightweight, has fast heat dissipation, high strength, and is easy to install.
