SMR-ZJB transformer neutral point gap grounding protection complete device
The neutral point gap grounding protection device designed by our company for the SMR-ZJB series transformers is a specialized complete set of equipment for overvoltage protection of the neutral point in 110KV/220KV transformers. The entire set of equipment is centered around the neutral point protection gap of the SMR-ZJB series transformers, and is equipped with isolating switches and surge arresters based on the operating environment and user requirements. The typical usage schemes mainly include: a combination scheme of isolating switch and surge arrester discharge gap, a combination scheme of isolating switch and discharge gap, and a pure gap scheme.

SMR-NGR Transformer Neutral Point Grounding Resistance Cabinet
With the development of urban power grids, the proportion of cable lines has been increasing year by year, leading to a dramatic increase in ground capacitance current. For distribution networks primarily using cable lines, if operated with an ungrounded neutral point or a neutral point grounded through an arc suppression coil, a single-phase ground fault can produce overvoltages with several times higher amplitude, which can easily develop into inter-phase short circuits, expanding the fault, damaging electrical equipment, and endangering the safe operation of the system. If a neutral point is grounded through a small resistance, the overvoltage multiple can be reduced to below 2.5 times, preventing harm to electrical equipment, extending the service life of electrical devices, and allowing relay protection devices to operate reliably and selectively quickly disconnect the faulted line.

SMR-LXQ once harmonic elimination device
Our company's SMR-LXQ type primary resonance elimination device has undergone significant improvements starting from enhancing the thermal capacity of the de-harmonizer. The de-harmonizer uses high-performance, ultra-fine SiC as the substrate, which is pressed into high-density, disc-shaped blanks using a large-tonnage press, and then sintered at high temperatures of over a thousand degrees in a reducing atmosphere. The exposed resistor surface structure is specially treated to withstand sun and rain, making it suitable for direct use indoors and outdoors. It is compact, lightweight, has fast heat dissipation, high strength, and is easy to install.
